construction project management certificate programRutgers University's Construction Project Management Certificate Program courses are eligible for BCANJ's Tuition Reimbursement Program. Developed by Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and BCANJ, the Program offers courses that entail about 25 hours of study spread over 10 weeks. Individuals must complete the three core classes and three electives to receive their certificate. CRT scholarship programBCANJ members and their employees' dependents are eligible to participate in the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey's Scholarship Program. Recipients must be community college graduates entering as juniors at four-year colleges or universities in New Jersey, majoring in fields pertaining to the built environment. educational liaisonsBCANJ maintains active educational liaisons with its student chapter at the New Jersey Institute of Technology as well as with Rowan University and Fairleigh Dickinson. In this capacity, BCANJ participates as a guest speaker at student meetings, assists the schools with special projects, arranges job site tours, and engages the institution's participation in industry events such as Construction Industry Career Day, Rebuilding-Together Newark as well as various competitions. presidents' scholarship fundBCANJ's Presidents' Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to dependents and/or grandchildren of employees of BCANJ active members, or employers who contribute to an industry advancement fund to which BCANJ is party. Applications are distributed in March of each year with a May 1 deadline for submissions. Awards are presented at the June membership meeting.

Summer Work Program draws students from NJIT's Construction Engineering
Technology, Construction Management and Civil Engineering programs.
In addition, students from other schools throughout the country enrolled
in one of these disciplines can participate. BCANJ's Industry
Advancement Fund subsidizes a portion of the employee's salary. BCANJ
offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program for employees of active members.
Upon successfully completing courses related to one's occupation and
approved by the employer and BCANJ's I.A.P. Committee, the employee is
reimbursed 75% of tuition costs up to a maximum of $1,500 per calendar
year.
